Who we are

This website is run by Skeltons Photolab, part of Skeltons Chemists, 2 Congreve Walk, Bedworth, Warwickshire CV12 8LY. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, please email skeltonsphotolab@btconnect.com or call 024 7631 3259.

Information we collect

This website has no forms, user accounts or online payments, and it does not collect personal information on its own. If you contact us by phone, email or social media, we use the details you give us only to reply to you and to deal with your order or enquiry.

When you have photos printed or restored in store, we use your images only to complete your order and do not keep them for longer than needed.

Ordering online through Fujifilm

Our "Order online" buttons take you to our ordering site, which is run by Fujifilm. When you upload photos or place an order there, Fujifilm handles your information under its own privacy policy and terms, which you can read on that site.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our pages load design files (Bootstrap) from the jsDelivr content delivery network, which receives your IP address so it can send those files but does not set cookies. Our fonts are stored on our own website. Links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram are ordinary links. Those sites only receive your information if you choose to visit them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, please contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
